Monday: Venison stroganoff (venison steaks cut into small cubes and cooked in butter to which is then added dry mustard, french onion dip, salt and pepper and stirred into cooked egg noodles)
Tuesday: Turmeric tomato sauce on mozzarella chicken served over a mix of wild and white Jasmine Thai rice; orange-chocolate whole wheat muffin
Wednesday: Chicken and gravy on boiled diced potatoes
Thursday: mutton stew with whole wheat bread and butter
Friday: leftovers: the stew and chicken and gravy with a whole-wheat roll
